Chapter 1: Raw Herb Intake & Purification

Botanical Sourcing & Hydro-Washing

Wild-crafted Ashwagandha roots, Krishna Tulsi leaves, and ripe Amla fruits are staged onto stainless-steel intake conveyors. High-pressure demineralized water jets remove soil and micro-particulates before low-thermal air drying and manual grade sorting.

Step-by-Step Manufacturing Blueprint

Rendered in simplified accessible mode for optimal reading performance and reduced motion.

Chapter 1

Raw Botanical Intake & Hydro-Cleaning

Demineralized high-pressure water washing removes foreign soil particulates before shadow dehumidified drying.

Chapter 2

Kwath Boiling & Micro-Pulverization

Steam-jacketed SS316 extraction vessels simmer decoctions to 1/4th volume; cold pin mills reduce roots to 80-100 mesh.

Chapter 3

Precision Volumetric Filling

Touchless linear diving nozzles fill amber bottles without aeration; auger dispensers puff exact-tare powders.

Chapter 4

Hermetic Induction Sealing

High-frequency electromagnetic coils fuse airtight aluminum liners across container rims to lock freshness.

Chapter 5

Embossed Labelling & Laser Coding

Automatic label rolls wrap around bottles, followed by high-speed CO2 laser coding for indelible batch traceability.

Chapter 6 & 7

Optical Quality Scan & Final Reveal

Opto-electronic cameras sweep fill levels and seal torque before cartons stack on shipping pallets.

Technical Anatomy of Each Production Phase

Every chapter in our 3D walkthrough corresponds to a validated pharmaceutical-grade standard operating protocol at our Shivoor plant.

Chapter 01

Ingredients: Sourcing, Washing & Sorting

Duration in plant: 24 - 48 Hours

Crude botanicals (Withania Somnifera roots, Tinospora Cordifolia stems, Krishna Tulsi foliage, and wild Amla berries) enter the preliminary intake zone. High-velocity demineralized water jets remove surface soil particles and dust.

Herbs then pass along vibratory dewatering screens into clean drying poly-houses, followed by manual inspection sorting where discolored foliage or sub-standard roots are physically discarded.

Chapter 02

Processing: Kwath Decoction vs. Micro-Milling

Pharma-Grade SS316 Vessels

Liquid Line: Sorted herbs are charged into SS316 steam-jacketed boiling kettles with purified RO water in traditional 16:1 or 8:1 classical proportions. The extract is simmered until reduced to 1/4th volume, with aromatic reflux condensers capturing volatile botanical vapors before multi-stage micro-filtration.

Powder Line: Dried roots pass into air-swept pulverizers. Cold air prevents thermal friction degradation, keeping temperature strictly below 35°C. Multi-deck vibratory sieves separate powder into an ultra-fine 80-100 mesh spectrum.

Chapter 03

Aseptic Linear Filling

Speed: 60 Bottles / Minute

Amber glass and UV-protective food-grade containers travel along sanitized slat-chain conveyors. Diving filling nozzles plunge to the bottom of each bottle and rise smoothly as liquid dispenses, eliminating aeration, froth, and foaming.

For powder products, precision auger funnels rotate in micro-steps, dispensing exact weights with an integrated electronic check-weigher verifying tare variations.

Chapter 04

Capping & Induction Sealing

Hermetic Barrier Protection

Calibrated rotary capping heads seat tamper-evident caps with consistent torque. Containers then pass beneath an electromagnetic induction head; the concentrated radio-frequency field heats the aluminum foil liner in milliseconds, hermetically fusing it onto the neck lip without warming the herbal liquid below.

Chapter 05

Labelling & CO2 Laser Batch Coding

Indelible Batch Identity

Self-adhesive Soham Ayurveda gold-accented labels are pressed securely onto the rotating bottle surface. A synchronized CO2 laser beam instantly prints manufacturing date, expiry date, maximum retail price, and batch code onto the designated white box—completely scratch-proof and tamper-evident.

Chapter 06

Quality Check & Automated Packing

Zero-Defect Optical Verification

An opto-electronic camera with crimson laser beams scans 100% of units for fill level tolerance, cap tilt, and label alignment. Any non-conforming bottle is automatically diverted to an inspection tray. Passed bottles enter 5-ply corrugated shipper cartons and are neatly stacked on wooden dispatch pallets.

Chapter 07

Final Product Reveal

"From nature to your hands, with purity."

The finished bottle and churna jar stand ready for clinical dispensing, retail shelves, or direct customer wellness. Every formulation carries the botanical vitality of pure herbs and the manufacturing assurance of Soham Ayurveda.
