With a background deeply rooted in botanical sourcing, agro-processing, and modern pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, Sagar Jadhav established the Shivoor manufacturing plant to empower brand owners, distributors, and health-conscious consumers with trustworthy Ayurvedic products.
Under his operational guidance, Soham Ayurveda has scaled from an artisanal laboratory into a continuous manufacturing facility capable of processing tens of thousands of litres of decoctions and tons of micronized churnas every month, while generating substantial rural employment in Vaijapur.

Our Shivoor, Vaijapur plant is segregated into dedicated, hygienic operational zones to prevent cross-contamination and ensure linear material flow from raw herb intake to pallet dispatch.
Raw Material Receiving & Inspection
Dedicated quarantine warehouse with electronic weighing scales. Every incoming lot of botanicals is sampled and verified by QC analysts for foreign matter, moisture percentage, and organoleptic parameters before release.
Herb Cleaning & Drying Hall
Multi-stage washing tanks with continuous water filtration jets remove sand, dust, and environmental residues. Low-temperature dehumidified air drying preserves thermosensitive phytoconstituents.
Powder Grinding & Pulverizing
Cold-air swept pin mills and heavy-duty hammer disintegrators. Closed-circuit cyclone separators reduce herbs to silk-fine 80-100 mesh churnas without thermal burning or loss of volatile aromatics.
SS316 Extraction & Blending Tanks
Steam-jacketed pharmaceutical-grade SS316 boiling vessels for classical Kwath decoctions. Equipped with variable-speed agitators, aroma condenser reflux coils, and automated digital temperature controls.
Automated Filling & Capping Lines
Touchless linear bottle filling heads with anti-drip diving nozzles prevent foaming. Auger fillers accurately dose churnas into moisture-barrier pouches and jars with precision tare weight monitoring.
Induction Sealing & Labelling
High-frequency electromagnetic induction sealing bonds hermetic foil seals onto bottle rims. Automatic wrap-around labelers apply embossed brand labels, followed by CO2 laser batch coding.
Quality Control Laboratory Corner
Equipped with calibrated refractometers, digital pH meters, moisture analyzers, and organoleptic testing benches. Coordinates with accredited third-party laboratories for heavy metals and MLT.
Clean Utilities & Dispatch Warehouse
Centralized reverse-osmosis (RO) water purification generating demineralized water for all decoctions. Heavy-duty pallet racking and covered loading docks for secure truck transport nationwide.

Raw Herb Quarantine & Botanical Verification
Crude roots and leaves are physically authenticated against classical macroscopic and microscopic botanical benchmarks. Batches with foreign matter or irregular moisture are rejected at the gate.
Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) Discipline
Every syrup boil and powder milling run is accompanied by a standardized, multi-signature BMR sheet. Operators log raw herb weights, temperature logs, filtration mesh sizes, and final yield.
Clean-in-Place (CIP) & Cross-Contamination Prevention
Pipelines and stainless steel tanks undergo pressurized hot water rinses, food-grade sanitization, and steam purges between different product shifts.
